We offer a full refund on all returned merchandise—provided it meets the requirements of our policy. For every shipment, we automatically generate the appropriate commercial invoice based on HS code, category, and destination country.
Returns & Exchanges
If you need to return or exchange your order for any reason, we’re here to help. We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. You may choose to receive store credit, exchange your item for a different size, or get a refund to your original payment method.
Please Note:
Discounted items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returned items must have their original tags attached and be returned in their original packaging.
Items must be in unused condition, with no visible signs of wear or damage.

Refund Timeline:
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after your return is dropped off at the designated return location. Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear in your bank account, as standard bank processing times apply.Refunds for Gift Card Payments:
For orders paid with a gift card, refunds will be issued as a new digital gift card, sent directly to the email address on file. For partially gift card-paid orders, the full gift card balance will be refunded first, followed by any remaining amount refunded to your credit card.Shipping Fees:
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. Sign up for our Creators Club to enjoy free shipping and additional benefits.Exchanges:
Once we confirm that your original item is in transit back to us, we will promptly ship your exchange. Your new product reservation is held for 10 days from the time you initiate the exchange. If the return is received after 10 days, it will be processed as a regular return with a refund issued to your original payment method.Using Your Own Shipping Label:
Returns must be initiated through our portal and sent back using the trackable FedEx label we provide. We do not accept returns shipped with your own label.
